Innovation Lab

A collective action environment where leaders of organisations from different sectors collaborate to generate concrete solutions that offer benefits to their own organisations and to the entire ecosystem, in the shortest possible amount of time. An environment based on trust and connection works as a trigger for the ecosystem and catalyst of the innovation process.

How does it work?

We are members of the Presencing Institute, a global community that applies Theory U as social technology so as to generate systemic change.

Different from other methodologies, Theory U works as a meta-structure operation that enables fast and disruptive innovation processes featuring multiple players.
